Member:

I am the individual whose true name, birth place, birth year and address shown above. I am at least 18 years old and has ancestral ties to the Shewa-Amhara ethnic group, adheres to the traditions and values of the Amhara people of Shewa, and expressly and unabatedly rejects the anti-Amhara ideology of extremist organizations and movements such as the Oromo Liberation Front/Army(OLF/OLA), Prosperity Party (PP), Tigray people’s Liberation Front (TPLF) and other similar anti-Amhara parties, anti-Amhara militarized movements, and anti-Amhara institutions, concurs that Shewa was historically the terrain of successive Amhara rulers and their people, and believes that Shewa must be liberated from anti-Amhara and anti-Ethiopian forces in the region. I will not have voting rights in the organization until I completely satisfy membership requirements of the organization. If I am found to falsify my identity or found to have any affiliation to anti-Amhara elements to gain member’s access, I will be automatically disqualified and excommunicated from being a member of the Shewa Amhara International Association and loses all access that comes with being a member. I agree to abide by the organization’s rules, guidelines, and code of conduct. I agree and accept that Shewa Amhara International Association reserves the right to deny member or membership to my application and revoke my membership and member status at any time if I do not meet the criteria or do not align with the organization’s mission and values. I agree that if I become a member, I will fully accept Shewa Amhara International Association’s Bylaw.

Membership:

I agree that membership implies to a member who is paying his or her minimum yearly membership fee at once or monthly set by Shewa Amhara International Association, has some level of affiliation, participation, or association with the Organization, and I may enjoy certain rights, privileges or responsibilities as a result of my membership status. I agree members who meet membership requirements set by Shewa Amhara International Association are the only ones with voting right and I agree members have to satisfy twelve (12) consecutive months of membership status before being granted to vote or recommend candidates for leadership roles. I agree that members who consider to be elected to leadership roles, they have to maintain a minimum of two (2) consecutive years of membership status to be elected. I agree one membership has only one vote. If I fail to pay my membership fees for six (6) consecutive months, or fail to pay my membership fees in a lump sum after the initial establishment of membership within six(6) months, my membership status will be immediately revoked or lost. In other words, I will no longer be considered an active membership of the organization. To be considered a membership again and have voting right, I will have to reestablish the twelve (12) consecutive months of paying the membership fees. I acknowledge and agree that Shewa Amhara International Association reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
